Problem
This was an AI company that specialized in custom AI solutions for Real Estate Agents. They first needed to ask questions to be agents and perform a "consultation" to be able to propose what they could build for them and how much that would benefit them.
The company faced a few big challenges. First, they weren't getting enough meetings. When they did, they often found themselves talking to part-time real estate agents. These agents were mostly selling homes to friends and family and weren't looking to invest in new services. This situation led to a lot of wasted time. Also, the company's services were tailor-made for each client, making it hard to explain their offer simply through emails. Plus, they faced tough competition, as they were reaching out to the same contacts as everyone else. In addition to US Real Estate being one of the most competitive industries for online businesses to this day, so their personalization didn't hold up.
Solution
We made sure we understood the industry they were working within and came to this conclusion which fixed all the problems.
What we did to lower the un-qualified leads,
Since they wanted to work with RE agents that were doing it full time we qualified by real estate agents that had active listings in the area they were targeting, making it more likely for them to actually be a full-time agent. We went on to MLS(Multiple Listing Service) platforms where real estate agents display their listings are scraped the agents with active listings from there. This means we also get a bunch of additional information around the listing they had active like address etc, which we can use for AI personalization.
What we did for Offer,
There's a huge lack of education when it comes to AI in the real estate market, everyone knows/think their competitors are using it, but they have no idea on how to effectively use it themselves for their business. Being that our client had to talk with them and understand their business to come up with a solution, we offered "AI consultations" helping real estate agents get educated on how they can use AI by hopping on a call with our client. This way if they wanted the solution built out, our client would do that.
What we did for Personalization,
Since we had access to the address of the active listing they have, we leveraged AI to find something noteworthy for us that would increase the value of their listing (like Venice Beach), and this allows us to tie how our solution which can be complex (AI), into something that is a no-brainer for the agent which is having a house within 5 mins walk of Venice Beach increases listing value. Now even if its sub-countious we help them understand our value proposition by bringing it and comparing it to something they know extremely well.
Something else we did for personalization is leverage dynamic variables that changes depending on when we send the email like good (Morning/afternoon/evening) depending on the leads timezone, and asking for a meeting (early next week/Later this week) depending on what day of the week we send the email.
Last thing we did is repurpose the listing address to make variables that better suit in conversation like (123 road) rather than a long address (which would seem out of place). We also took a case study relevant to that city we were sending too and had AI get the driving distance from their listing to the case study we had in the city so we could say (like we did for (case-study), (20 mins) drive from your listing in (location).
Results
(Morning) (John),
Found you trough a listing in NY and just had to reach out!
Just like (Venice Beach) increases your listing value at (123 road), AI can increase your value to clients by making sure you spend less time on paperwork and more time on them.
Happy to provide you a free consultation to help you understand how you can save (x) hours a day like we did for (case-study), (20 mins) drive from your listing in (location)
Let me know if (early next week) works for you.
() = Variables.
